Peninsula Holiday Park

Booking Terms and Conditions:

  • All cabins, powered sites and camp sites have provision for one car space, as space is limited please inform us of extra cars / trailers and boats when booking, additional fees may be charged.
  • All sites have provision for one car, one caravan and one annexe.
  • All cabins are available for occupancy between 2pm and 8pm unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Checkout is 10am on the day of departure.
  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and can be paid by either cash, cheque, mastercard or visa card. Credit cards can be accepted over the phone and balance payable on arrival.
  • ** PEAK SEASON BOOKINGS MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING.
  • Please note that towels provided in the superior cabins are for use in the cabins only. Please bring your own beach towels if required. A replacement fee will apply for any lost, stolen or damaged linen / towels.
  • We look forward to your arrival and we are sure that your stay with us will be an enjoyable one.

SEASONS:

** Peak Christmas School Holidays / Easter School Holidays / Queens Birthday Long Weekend / Melbourne Cup Long Weekend / Labour Day Long Weekend ( Minimum stay periods may apply to these dates)

Shoulder Period 1 st February through to Easter

Off Peak All other times of the year.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation of bookings made in Low Season (Off Peak):
During the low season, deposits will only be refunded if notification is received 48hours prior to the day of arrival. If notification is received within the 48 hour period prior to your arrival the park owner may retain all of your deposit money. If you notify us of your cancellation within the above guidelines we will happily refund your deposit.

Cancellation of bookings made wholly or partially in High Season (Peak):
Deposits will only be refunded to you if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If less than 30 days notice is provided, your deposit will only be refunded if the site / cabin is rebooked.

Failure to notify of cancellation:
If you do not notify the park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the park without refund to you.

GST :
All tariffs quoted in this schedule are inclusive of 10% GST. (applicable for stays 1 27 days)
